A group of US investors has just filed a lawsuit against the former CEO of crypto exchange FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried.
Reuters has reported citing court documents that the plaintiffs allege the platform’s savings accounts offering yield on digital assets violate Florida state law.

Bloomberg has previously reported law enforcement agencies in the Bahamas and the United States are discussing the possibility of bringing Bankman-Fried to the United States for questioning.
The discussion has intensified over the past few days as authorities in the two countries investigate the former CEO’s role in the collapse of FTX and its affiliates. The authorities have also noted Bahamian police questioned him last November 12.

Bankman-Fried yesterday said he was “meeting with regulators.” He said he was trying to raise additional funds to return assets to affected clients.
