Decentralized cryptocurrency exchange dYdX will launch a private testnet based on Cosmos and the Tendermint consensus protocol on March 28 as the third phase of its transition to its own blockchain.
A limited number of validators will test the network’s functionality over the next two to three weeks.
Technically, the team has implemented for this phase advanced order types, dynamic funding rates, use of ABCI 2.0 and other Cosmos-SDK functions as well as web trading interface.

The project developers have also published documentation for validators.
In the fourth stage of the transition, which is scheduled for the end of July 2023, the platform will open a public testnet. The full launch of the network is scheduled for September.
The exchange is now using StarkEx’s second-layer solution to scale Ethereum.
